Terms and Conditions for Sales

Delivery: Delivery times are approximant and to should occur within 4 to 6 weeks for US locations and 6 to 8 weeks for international shipments counted from receipt of payment and all required shipping information.
Taxes: Sales to Arizona companies or residents are subject to all applicable Arizona sales taxes.
Warranty: VisionMOS International Inc. warrants that all products for one year from time of sale provided the product has been used in accordance to the product's specification. Damage from mechanical stress (scratches or breakage), electrical (ESD or overstress), or storage temperature beyond the stated product specifications after receipt by the customer, is the customers responsibility and is not warranted by VisionMOS International Inc. Products which are found to be defective during the first year under normal operating conditions will, at the option of VisionMOS International, be replaced or have their purchase price refunded.
Returns: Please contact sales@visionmos.com for authorization to return products within one year from the date of sale. VisionMOS will issue an RMA number and form to accompany the returned product. Products will be retested at VisionMOS International and if found to meet specification, will be returned to the customer.
Liability: VisionMOS International Inc. liability in all any and all types of claims arising from, connected with, or resulting from the purchase of VisionMOS International Inc. product(s) shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product(s) which give rise to the claim.
