Hardware Performance Testing

VisionMOS performs detailed hardware validation testing of systems per the requirements specification. This testing occurs on every subsystem manufactured, and includes power validation, individual component testing, timing relationships, signal and noise validation, and functional testing. Often specific embedded test software is written to assist in functional validation of individual elements. Validation testing may also be performed as a contract service on existing customer hardware or new designs.

Hardware / Software Integration

The key to system functionality is integration of the major hardware and software element. The VisionMOS team uses a comprehensive approach to system functionality, which ensures the end goals of the system meet or exceed the requirements specification. Integration of the hardware and software is done with in circuit emulator tools, or connectivity with a PC development station which enables control of the software in real time. Care is taken to validate not only typical functionality, but functional corners testing where user input, frequency, noise, voltage and other variables might affect system performance. Hardware / software integration by VisionMOS experts is also available on a contract basis for existing customer systems or hardware.
