Subsystem documents

VisionMOS experience goes from Integrated Circuit manufacturing to complete systems. Our complete service includes a number of documentation steps that ultimately assist our customers in servicing, instructing and communicating with the end customer. We also provide those essential elements to communicate to subcontracting groups, as well as the engineering community for future development projects. All documentation is provided for an individual customer, and may also be customized to meet your needs. Technical writing services for existing projects may also be provided on a per contract basis.

Tooling Documents

The VisionMOS team manages an array of subcontractors that can be part of our turnkey service. Communication with the subcontractors is formal, and maintained to enable traceability to the original product goals as well as improve yield and schedule of the finished product. All of the tooling documents may be delivered to the customer for review or to assist portability of existing designs to multiple vendors. A short list of these documents include:

Quality Specifications

Part of the VisionMOS process is to ensure the customer product is produced to the specification, for the right price at the right time. We do this through constant review of the product with respect to the original product requirements. The formal process for review and validation includes the quality specification documents. These documents include testing checklists, set up, and laboratory test reports. All of these documents are kept for each product created by VisionMOS, and may be reviewed or delivered. Contracting services for review or setup of quality or test methods for existing products are also available.
