Printed Circuit Board Fabrication

VisionMOS offers full turnkey development of customer products through an array of long standing relationships with key vendors. As part of this process, we can offer printed circuit board manufacturing that meets or exceeds specification. The wide variety of offerings allow 2-20 layer boards, variations in design rules including fine pitch BGA, various board thicknesses to suit the final system specification, and volume to support various budgets.

PCB / Component Assembly

VisionMOS offers turnkey printed circuit and end system assembly tailored to suit the end customer need. We can offer hand assembly or machine placed wave reflow, or a combination based on volume and cost. We can also offer final assembly of the end product locally in lower volume, or in high volume through our long standing relationships with off shore vendors. VisionMOS offers the entire range of assembly services to enable maximum versatility with our customers.

Machined Housing

VisionMOS machine services enable custom low volume manufacturing of key mechanical components. These can include housing elements, fasteners, or optical elements. These may be done as part of our comprehensive 3D industrial design services or from an existing customer design. Finishing services on some materials are also available.

Finishing

The VisionMOS team performs custom sanding, painting and finishing services to suit the prototype needs of customers. These can be performed as part of a turnkey platform development, or from an existing customer design. Choice of materials and paints is available. For higher volume developments, VisionMOS can also offer a turnkey finishing capability through our array of qualified subcontractors.
